the only data we(the business) ask and have of you(the client), is what is needed to conduct business (complete a transaction)

transactional customer data is automatically scheduled for deletion after 3 months (90 days)

When a transaction is made, 90 days later all client data and details for that transaction is deleted

(we do not know the who, what, where, when and how regarding the details of any transaction 3 months after the transaction was made/completed)

no type of data, whether that be identifiable data or anonymous data is collected, wanted nor stored 'just in case' or 'just because', absolutely not

TERMS

the various types of items we(the business) have for sale varies from digital to physical, the type of item you are purchasing will be stated in various places in the item listing (item title, item details, additional information, etc)

digital items will be digitally delivered, there is no physical item delivery of any kind when the item purchased is a digital item

a link to download the digital item will be provided to obtain the digital item after purchase

digital items can be tricky to download on mobile devices such as phones or tablets, please make sure to have a computer available to download any digital items when purchasing a digital item

physical items will be physically delivered to the submitted shipping address

physical items will be shipped by us(the business) using any one of the various shipping courier companies available, the speed of the delivery (ground, expedited, next day) is dependent on the shipping speed selected and paid for by you(the client)

if the option for free shipping is available and selected, the speed and courier of choice will be chosen by us(the business), not the client (you)

shipping insurance is an optional service provided by the shipping courier, if you would like to purchase insurance on shipped items select the shipping speed of choice with the added insurance option(shipping speed + insurance)

orders that contain both physical and digital items will have two separate shipping times and methods, one for the digital item(s) and one for the physical item(s)

the digital item(s) will be digitally delivered soon after the order is complete and the physical item(s) will be delivered dependent on the shipping courier and shipping speed selected

digital item(s) are almost always guaranteed to be delivered before any physical item(s) is delivered

order processing is virtually instantaneous and completed the same day monday - friday for almost all orders, if it cannot be processed the same day it will be processed the following day, after the order is processed the order is handed to a shipping courier for shipping the same day as well if bought before our 2pm eastern time cutoff, if an order is made after 2pm eastern time it will be handed to the shipping courier for shipping the following day, if an item is purchased after 2pm on a friday or anytime saturday and sunday(the weekend) it will be shipped on monday, the following business day, if an order is made on a holiday it will be shipped the following business day

the estimated date of delivery varies on the shipping couriers processing and your(the client) selected shipping speed (ground, expedited, next day)

CONDITIONS

to purchase an item it must be paid in full otherwise it is still "available", having an item in the cart does not constitute its purchase, it is available for sale until paid for, there is no holding or reserving of items, when an item is up for sale, it is up for sale without any restrictions, and when an item is sold, it is no longer available and belongs to the purchaser

if a purchase is made for a physical item that we cannot fulfill on our end due to an unforeseen circumstance, a full refund for the physical item will be made and a purchase discount voucher will be provided for the headache and frustration

(the discount voucher amount will vary from a minimum of 20% off to a maximum of 80% off)

digital items can be fulfilled under any circumstance, please be sure to have a computer with an active internet connection to download any digital item purchases as some mobile devices such as phones or tablets may not have the functionality available to download a digital item purchase

business between us(the business) and you(the client) is done in good faith, we do not list items that we do not plan to sell and we do not conduct business knowing we cannot fulfill our end of the business obligation, we expect the same from you(the client), please do not purchase items will ill intent, if you(the client) are unsure about anything, please email us at our general help email (mrwhostorehelp@ssmanagement.xyz) with any questions and concerns before placing an order

any item(s) purchased is yours(the client) to keep, the intellectual property(the item content) belongs to us(the business), you are free to consume/modify the item in any manner, if you(the client) would like to draw or vandalize your(the client) purchased book, painting or other item, you(the client) are free to do so, the purchased item is completely yours and you can do whatever you want with the item you(the client) purchased, it is yours(the client), what you(the client) are not able to do is reproduce, resell, modify and then resell or reproduce the item in any way, whether the item was purchased by you(the client) or you happen to come across the item by any means, please do not resell or try to modify and then resell any item from us(the business), whether you give us(the business) credit or worse, steal the intellectual property and claim it as your own or an original item with no source when we(the business) are the source and where it originated from, no such action is allowed, item(s) you(the client) purchase is yours(the client) not stock or inventory for you(the client) to repackage and resell for a profit or to claim it as if you(the client) created it, the intellectual property is ours(the business) and remains that way forever

Identifiable information such as your name, address and similar is your private information entitled to none other than yourself, we believe it should be up to you to willingly share this information as opposed to being collected and used against your will. This is not a data collecting business, we do not want, save, share or sell your data in any way. Personal data may be a lucrative business opportunity, but it is morally questionable, at least to us. Especially when not wanting to be shared willingly and collected through shady methods or unbeknownst to the client. We stand firmly against it, no offer, amount of money nor desperation will cause us to change our stance on this issue.

We practice standard good faith business practices. That is, we conduct legitimate business practices in all areas of the business, order processing on all orders is done as quick as possible, virtually the same day and we also attempt to ship it out the same day as well as noted by our late 2pm same day shipping cut off time. We try to be as clear and direct as we possibly with each and every item so as to avoid any vagueness or uncertainty that may arise. We are comprehensive with every item listing and are sure that you will be able to fully understand what it is you are looking at or going to purchase from the vast details included in the listing of every item. Every item listing includes photos, item type, item quantity and more.

ABOUT CONDITIONS:

The conditions of doing business are pretty straight forward, no fraudulent business, if we cannot fulfill or business obligation with a physical item due to an unforeseen circumstance we will refund you the entire order amount plus give you a discount voucher for the inconvenience, the items you purchase from us are yours and yours only, do not attempt to sell for profit or less, do not attempt to steal and claim it as yours or modify the contents to make it seem like you created it and sell that, nothing of that sort, we do not care if you decorate it or share it with friends, you are encourage to spread our business, we appreciate the direct or indirect routing of additional customers, please, tell them how good it was to do business with us and show what you purchased proudly, thats fine, those are our conditions for conducting business.
