your private information is your private information. we have auto deletion tasks scheduled every 90 days. any data asked of you is because it is necessary or standard business procedure. basically, your info is needed and used to do any transaction, simple to comprehend. after the transaction your information is scheduled for deletion in 90 days. the only information of yours kept is whatever is required. no data is wanted nor kept 'just because' or to make money, absolutely not. the only data kept, and kept secured is what is required to do business or to continue doing business if you have a subscription service. so if you ordered a website package, once we build your website, every data from the transaction is deleted, the only data kept is required data from a transaction. your name, address etc is not required. when you purchased a time based item, it is required to know when the time for the item has expired. thus i would need to keep info such as purchase date, what the service is that was purchased and for how long the time based service was scheduled so we know when it expires (if you ordered a year of membership we need to know when that year expires so we need the purchase date among other things for a year)

refunds can be tricky, however let us attempt to explain our perspective
there are no refunds
we do work with our guests, and always work with family, which you become a family member after some time, yet depending on the situation, we usually offer a full refund if you ask nicely and whatever you ordered, let us say a book, so you ordered a book from us, if you contact us about the cancellation and use the magic word while you are at it

if your order has not been processed and sent, no worries, we know crap happens, you will have a full refund awaiting you
if you ordered an e-book and the download path to the e-book was made available to you, even if you do not download the book, even if you say the magic words in ten different languages, there is no refund you guest
if the same situation applies but a link was not made available to you before you contacted us, then rejoice, we have hearts here, you will be refunded, and quickly at that
as you can see, we stand by our original policy, no returns no refunds no nothing, however we are peoples people here honestly. if you are in a situation where we did not lose product, then consider yourself not losing money, you lose we lose, you win we win. in other words, if you received anything, the answer is no for a refund. if nothing is sent nor processed, you can rest assured your cancellation will be successful, but shh, that is a secret. officially, the answer is usually always no

there are no returns for physical items
if you placed an order and nothing has been shipped nor processed, then, similar to our action on refunding digital items, you will receive a full refund. however if a label was created, and a physical product was sent, then no. keep it, gift it to someone, or trash it, but we do not want it back and we will not send money back either
we know stuff happens and that is fine, that is life, however, even if that is life, you are encouraged to detach and move on from the situation, swiftly too
